Return and Refund Policy for D Q U E Mobile

Thank you for shopping at D Q U E Mobile. This document governs all returns and exchanges of D Q U E Mobile Trading L.L.C (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. D Q U E Mobile reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole discretion.

  • “Products” means all mobile phones, tablets, and accessories sold at D Q U E Mobile.

  • “Customer” means end-user customers that purchase directly from D Q U E Mobile.

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to D Q U E Mobile Trading L.L.C, SHOP-06, RUGEMONT LTD, AL QUOZ 3, DUBAI, UAE.

  • “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.

  • “Website” refers to D Q U E Mobile, accessible at https://dquemobile.com.

  • “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.

What’s D Q U E Mobile’s Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened software, screen guards, cables, and other accessories.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

Delivery Policy

We deliver our Products exclusively within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Aramex, Emirates Post, or DHL UAE).

  • Delivery within UAE: 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping fees: Free delivery for all orders within the UAE.

To avoid any delivery delays, please ensure you provide your full address along with your contact details at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Return & Refund Process

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

    Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return or exchange an item. You can notify us:

  2. Ship It Back

    • Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s), so we recommend using a reliable shipping service.

    Note: We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please ensure you obtain proper tracking information.

  3. Inspection & Refund

    • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email within 3–5 business days whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

    • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to your address within 24–48 hours of processing your return.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • A video of the unboxing process showing the defect.

  • Clear photos of the product and serial number.

We will offer a free replacement (if available) or a full refund.
