1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

1.2 After Shipment

Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible.
You may refuse delivery when the courier arrives (return fees apply – see Section 3).

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for:
✅ Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos/video of damaged product + packaging
Original invoice copy
✅ Wrong Items Shipped: Report within 7 days with proof

2.1 Process

We’ll provide a return authorization number (RMA)
Return the item in original packaging with all accessories
Replacement shipped within 3 business days after inspection

3. Important Conditions

Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping unless error was ours
Timeframe: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Replaceable:
- Products damaged by misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Opened software/accessories

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
May take up to 45 days for bank transfers
