1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

1.2 After Shipment

• Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible.

• You may refuse delivery when the courier arrives (return fees apply – see Section 3).

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for:
✅ Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos/video of damaged product + packaging

• Original invoice copy
  ✅ Wrong Items Shipped: Report within 7 days with proof

2.1 Process

2. We’ll provide a return authorization number (RMA)

3. Return the item in original packaging with all accessories

4. Replacement shipped within 3 business days after inspection

3. Important Conditions

• Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping unless error was ours

• Timeframe: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Non-Replaceable:

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Opened software/accessories

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

• May take up to 45 days for bank transfers
