Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

   • We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates

   • International Shipping is currently available in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain & India

2. Processing Time

   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

   • You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details

3. Shipping Methods

   • We partner with reputable couriers including Aramex and Emirates Post

   • Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch

   • International delivery takes upto 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

4. Delivery Charges

   • FREE delivery on all orders within UAE

   • Delivery fees & taxes as per country will be calculated and charged upon checkout

   • No hidden fees – prices shown at checkout are final

5. Important Notes

   • dquemobile.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

   • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate

   • Someone must be available to receive the package during business hours

   • We cannot redirect packages once shipped

Return Policy

1. Eligibility

   • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

   • Returns shipment piece will be borne by customer (International customers)

   • Product must be:
     ✓ In original packaging
     ✓ Unused and undamaged
     ✓ Include all accessories and documentation

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Opened software or digital products

   • Personal hygiene items (like earphones)

   • Products damaged due to customer misuse

4. Refund Processing

   • Refunds issued to original payment method

   • Allow 5-7 business days for refund to reflect in your account

   • A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

Defective Products

If you receive a faulty item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos/video evidence of the defect

• We will arrange free return shipping and offer:

  ✓ Full refund
